Some precautions for using boilers

Matters needing attention

1, the boiler should be accompanied by "safety technical specification requirements of the design documents, product quality certification, safety and maintenance instructions, supervision and inspection certificate (safety performance supervision and inspection certificate).

2, boiler installation, maintenance, transformation. The unit engaged in the installation, maintenance and transformation of the boiler shall obtain the special equipment installation and maintenance qualification certificate issued by the provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and may engage in the installation, maintenance and transformation of the boiler. Before construction, the construction unit will inform the special equipment safety supervision and management department of the municipality directly under the central government or the jurisdiction in writing of the installation, maintenance and transformation, and send the commencement notice to the local county quality and technical supervision Bureau for the record, after which the construction can be informed.

3. Acceptance of boiler installation, maintenance and transformation. After the completion of construction, the construction unit shall report the water pressure test and installation supervision of the boiler to the Special Equipment inspection Institute of the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. Qualified by the quality and technical supervision bureau, special equipment inspection institute, county quality and technical supervision bureau to participate in the overall acceptance.

4, boiler registration. After the boiler acceptance, the user must fill in the Boiler (General survey) Registration Form in accordance with the provisions of the Special Equipment Registration and Use Management Rules, register with the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and apply for the Special Equipment Safe Use Registration Certificate.

5. Operation of the boiler. The boiler operation must be operated by qualified personnel who have obtained the Certificate of Special Equipment Operators, and the operation procedures, eight systems and six records must be strictly observed in use.

6, boiler inspection. The boiler shall be inspected regularly once a year, and the boiler shall not be used without regular safety inspection. The safety accessories of the boiler safety valve are regularly inspected once a year, the pressure gauge is verified once every six months, and the safety accessories without regular inspection shall not be used.

7, it is strictly prohibited to install the atmospheric pressure boiler as a pressure boiler. It is strictly prohibited to use boilers with incomplete safety accessories such as water level gauge, safety valve and pressure gauge.
